Council resolution on combating the impact of psychoactive substances use on road accidents, approved by the Justice and Home Affairs Council in Brussels on 27-28 November 2003 invites the commission to consider the possibility of proposing measures aimed at ensuring appropriate levels of control on professional drivers.
