The European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) will be hosting a PRAISE Brunch on road safety as it relates to the workplace on May 18th. ETSC's project Preventing Road Accidents and Injuries for the Safety of Employees (PRAISE) aims to increase road safety in the work context. The project is co-funded by the European Commission, the German Road Safety Council, the Swiss Council for Accident Prevention (bfu) and the MAPFRE Foundation. It aims to 'praise' best practices in order to help employers secure high road safety standards for their employees. ETSC invites you to its second annual Brunch Seminar in Brussels bringing together companies, fleet safety managers, EU institutions, government representatives and road safety experts. It aims to discuss findings of ETSC's recent Thematic Reports and invite representatives from the EU institutions to debate work related road safety. The winner of the annual ETSC PRAISE award will also be announced. On the agenda will be measures to improve fleet safety in the EU Member States.
